Hardwood Hats Wood Choices
Our hardwood hats are a unique and exciting creation. The hardwood bill of the hat is available in a variety of hardwoods. The premier wood in the line is Koa, a beautiful wood found only in the Hawaiian Islands. We use two different grades of Koa for the bill. The first is a fine quality Koa, with highlights and figure. The premium choice is curly Koa, one of the most highly prized woods in the world.
While stiff, the bill is not rigid, and provides a comfortable fit. We’ve engineered the weight factor to be comparable to a conventional baseball cap bill, while retaining strength and durability. Besides being handsome and a real conversation starter, our hats are comfortable to wear.
The wood is finished with three coats of a high quality exterior urethane marine varnish which has an ultraviolet inhibitor, protecting against sun damage.

Colors
Our hats are available in five colors. Colors are ivory, black, forest green, dark blue and maroon. The hats are adjustable via a covered velcro fastener. The hats are available with or without the Hardwood Hat Company logo on the front of the cap in gold stitching.
Aloha Hats
And what would a hat with Hawaiian roots featuring the finest of Hawaiian wood be without aloha fabric?
We combine the two in our custom aloha fabric wood brimmed Hardwood Hats! These are available in the same choices of wood as our original Hardwood Hat, with the two grades of koa anchoring the line and a variety of aloha fabrics available.
Custom Baseball Caps
We provide private label and promotional opportunities with custom order hats, embroidered with your company name or custom wording and artwork in place of “Hardwood Hat Company.” Perfect corporate and incentive gifts.
